Limiting visitor numbers (maximum of one group at a time).

Visits will be allowed by appointment only.
For the moment, we will be taking cash, e-transfers and credit cards.
Providing a physical barrier in our customer service area.
Reduction of seating areas inside the museum.
Encouraging physical distancing.
Staff will be wearing masks where physical distancing of 2 metres is not possible.
Providing hand sanitizer to everyone coming into the Old Jail.
Increasing cleaning and disinfecting throughout our facility.
What we’re asking of our visitors:
Stay home and book another appointment if you are not feeling well.
Book an appointment by calling (613) 675-4661 ext. 8107 before you head to the Old Jail.
You will now be asked to wear a mask to enter the museum. It is mandatory. Note that we will not be providing masks to visitors.
Only bring the essentials to during your visits, bags will not be allowed inside the Old Jail.
Respect physical distancing of 2 metres at all times.
Practice good hygiene. This includes using the hand sanitizer we provide at the entrance and avoid touching your face. Cough or sneeze into your elbow.
